Final Project

You are invited to Iris Smith’s wedding.

You’ve been given the honor of serving as Iris’s Maid of Honor – a role that comes with exclusive access to the behind-the-scenes planning of her dream wedding. This includes a private link to her carefully curated Pinterest board, filled with dreamy color palettes, gown inspirations, and all the little details that bring her vision to life.

The wedding theme leans toward elegant, classic, and timeless. The color palette consits of creamy ivory, champagne, soft sage greens, and subtle taupe to create a simple but sophisticated ambiance. There’s also hints of gold or crystal-infused décor to a touch of glamour. Lush arrangements of baby’s-breath are styled in elegant white or clear vases. Satin linens, delicate draping, and crystal elements like chandeliers elevate the decor. Above hang warm fairy lights for a romantic glow. Finally, the bride plans to wear a simple fit-and-flare dress with a square neckline. Beside her will be bridesmaids in satin sage green dresses.

One of the most important parts of a wedding is the music. Iris shares with you the mixtape she’s curated for this special occasion. Every song has been handpicked to reflect Iris’s journey with her partner and the emotions they want to share with their guests. She’s even planned the song that will play as she makes her grand exit.

Iris and Ian Wedding Mixtape

Iris thinks it would be perfect to capture the wedding on camera so they can remember it forever. To bring that vision to life, Iris curated a slideshow – her visual blueprint for the wedding film. She pulled inspiration from her Pinterest board: soft lighting, elegant close-ups, candid smiles, and shots of the venue dressed in florals and candlelight.

Rather than closing with just the traditional “you may now kiss the bride,” she plans to finish the ceremony with her favorite poem. She shares “How do I love thee?” by Elizabeth Barrett Browning with you. She hopes this moment, delicate and deeply personal, will stay in everyone’s hearts long after the last dance.
